Cleveland school officials, acting on concerns that something inside Collinwood's basement may have played a role in the deaths of three women who competed on the high school's track team, are close to signing a contract with Mactec (a national environmental consultant based in Atlanta) to have the area inspected a third time before classes begin Aug. 28.
